Self-Assessment Worksheets

After each assignment, our teacher asked that we fill out a self-assessment worksheet to see if we met our own personal requirements for the assignment, as well as theirs. There isn’t much to write on these that isn’t already stated in them, so I believe it’d be best if you simply read them as they are displayed below.
